The Process

Financial considerations are in front of our minds during the preparation of our quote for you.  Our business audit will cover any elements requested by you during our initial consultation along with our requirements for project commencement.  The quote will be clear and defined and will cover phases 2, 3 and/or 4. There is an initial one-off cost for the audit of your business as directed and this may cover elements such as rate review, tariffs, website/s, website analytics, social media, e-marketing, tactical campaigns, distribution and operational efficiencies.

Phase 1: Audit

A business health audit where we identify systems and marketing process efficiencies that can be optimised

     

Initial discussions around what your business needs and identifiable outcomes are.

Audit the aspects of your business you would like us to focus on. 

Create a detailed plan outlining your project objectives, based on your business needs and identifiable outcomes

Provide you with at least 3 suggestions that are identifiable efficiencies to increase revenue and/or reduce costs (which you can implement if you choose)

 

Upon completion of the audit, we would be happy to provide you with a full costing of our services, should you wish to enlist our support, to cover the implementation, future proofing and evolution of our suggestions.

Phase 2: Implementation

Tourism Creatures implement agreed efficiencies as set out on our work in progress timeline.

Whilst we implement the agreed outcomes of the health audit, we require you to provide access to 1 key staff member with whom we can direct all questions and testing.

Implementation is based on our ‘creatures’  which can be found on the next page.

Phase 3: Future Proofing

Training your staff so they can take over the long-term management of these new systems and procedures bring your key staff along for the journey upskilling as we progress through any  implementations made.

Phase 4: Evolution

The management of continuous improvement across your business

Our intention is to never operate these new systems and processes after they have been set up,

We do understand that sometimes this is not possible so we continue operating marketing tactics or operational efficiencies for your business until this can be carried out by a key staff member.

If new technology or new environmental impacts affect your business, we will keep you abreast of these changes
